Apart from this, there were few more Dishes we have tasted but couldn’t click pictures as we all were extremely hungry .

Mutton Biryani – A delicacy of choicest cut of lamb and long grain basmati rice flavoured with saffron and mace.

Mutton Rogan Josh – A Kashmiri style Lamb Curry made with spices like fennel seeds and dry ginger.

Mixed Vegetables Khada Masala – Freshly chopped vegetables cooked with whole spices in a mild spicy gravy.

Paneer Makhani – Paneer gravy prepared with butter, tomatoes, cashews and spices.
