Experience the tempting royal aroma of succulent freshly grilled Chicken Tikka Kebab, Mutton Seekh Kebab, Hariyali Fish Tikka, Chicken Malai Kebab, Basilica Paneer Tikka to go with your chosen biryanis. You can also choose from a range of beers or your favourite cocktails to match each of the Kebabs for an extraordinary culinary journey.
The Orko’ss Restaurant’s chef Sujan Paul points out while explaining the distinction between Lucknowi and Hyderabadi biryani, the north Indian Lucknowi biryani has nuts alongside key ingredients like kesar, cardamom, cinnamon and zafran, and is more generous with ghee, making it more aromatic, the south Indian Hyderabadi version has more spices — coriander, black peeper, fennel seeds, saunf, pudina, Guntoor chilli and a lot of mint. Shitake Bamboo Shoot Roll – Shitake Bamboo Shoot Roll is of fresh shitake mushroom and juicy young bamboo shoots with assorted chopped vegetables warped inside rice paper and served with dips of sweet chilli and hoisin sauce. Shitake Bamboo Shoot Roll filled with flavourful strips of seasoned vegetables and crisp young bamboo shoots is a refreshing appetizer for an Asian-inspired meal.
Arabian Kofta Roll – Arabian Kofta Roll is moist and soft marinated lamb meat skewered with fresh tomato, olive, cucumber and lettuce, grilled in earthen tandoor then wrapped with pita bread in shawarma style and served with yogurt and tahini paste.
Hariyali Fish Tikka – Hariyali Fish Tikka is tender and juicy fish cubes marinated in thick yogurt base intoxicating paste made with cilantro, mint and other distinctive flavoured spices then tandoored till crisp golden perfection finally served hot with salad and spicy mint dips.
Rosemary Chicken Tikka – Rosemary Chicken Tikka is creamy yogurt marinated soft and moist boneless chicken chunks seasoned with rosemary and spices then slowly grilled over tandoor which ensures extreme tenderness. Tangri Golestani – Tangri Golestani is tender and juicy chicken drumstick marinated in aromatic Indian spices and stuffed with spicy mutton keema, grilled to perfection and served with crisp paratha. Tangri Golestani is a delicious melt in mouth kebab that will anytime steal the heart of Indian meat-lovers.
Kolkata Chicken Biryani – Kolkata Chicken Biryani is distinctly flavourful and delicious combination of basmati rice, juicy chicken, authentic spices, ghee and saffron along with potatoes and eggs. Veggie-lovers are not left out here — the Basilica Paneer Tikka sees cottage cheese cubes stuffed with dry fruits & nuts with refreshing basil pesto sauce, served with onions, raita and papadum.
